Data collected
The contact form asks for your name, your company name (optional), your email address or your phone number (at least one of the two) and your message. Nothing else is asked.
To limit abuse, the server keeps the IP address of the submission in memory for ten minutes, for this check only. It is never written to a file or passed on.
Purpose
This data is used only to reply to your request and to discuss your project with you.
Transfer and hosting
The website has no database: your message is not stored on it. It is sent through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), an email delivery service that processes data in the United States, to Matar Fanta Dieng's mailbox, hosted by Microsoft (Outlook.com).
If sending fails, the message is recorded in the technical log of the hosting provider, Vercel, so that it is not lost. This log is deleted automatically within 24 hours at most.
Like any hosting provider, Vercel processes the technical connection data needed to display the website, such as the IP address and the browser type.
Retention period
Your message is kept in Matar Fanta Dieng's mailbox for as long as it takes to handle your request and, if a project follows, for the length of the working relationship that follows.
Your rights
Under Senegalese Law No. 2008-12 of January 25, 2008 on the protection of personal data, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing. Write to matardieng221@hotmail.com.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Commission de protection des données personnelles (CDP), Senegal's data protection authority.
